The UNITPACKPOWER Mini Bottle E-Bike Battery is a compact, water-bottle-style lithium-ion battery designed for compatible electric bicycles and e-bike conversion systems. Available in multiple 36V and 48V configurations, it is suitable for compatible 250W, 350W and 500W motor systems.

The battery uses 18650 lithium-ion cells and an integrated BMS for protection against common electrical faults. Its aluminium alloy housing, battery indicator and secure frame mounting make it a practical option for everyday e-bike use.

Depending on the selected capacity, the battery provides different levels of available energy:

Compact Bottle-Style Design

The mini bottle-style housing provides a discreet alternative to larger e-bike battery formats and is designed to mount to a compatible bicycle frame.

Aluminium Alloy Housing

The solid aluminium alloy casing provides a robust housing for the battery cells and internal electronics.

IP65 Protection

The battery is specified with IP65 protection, providing resistance to dust and water jets. It should not be submerged.

Integrated BMS

The Battery Management System provides protection against:

Compatibility

The battery is designed for compatible hub and mid-drive e-bike motor systems, including systems from BAFANG and Tongsheng, as well as many other compatible e-bike conversion systems.

It is not compatible with certain proprietary systems, including:

Warranty

UNITPACKPOWER specifies a 12-month warranty for the battery.

Warranty coverage does not normally extend to damage caused by:

• Water immersion
• Physical or impact damage
• Incorrect use
• Incorrect charging
• Short circuit caused by improper installation
• Unauthorised modification or disassembly
• Damage to the battery cells through misuse
