Warranty Information

Overview

Handler Mobility offers warranty coverage on eligible Electric Bikes, Electric Scooters, and genuine parts (“Products”) in accordance with the applicable manufacturer’s warranty and the terms and conditions set out in this policy.

Most products sold by Handler Mobility are covered by a limited manufacturer warranty of up to one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Warranty coverage, duration, and applicable terms may vary depending on the product, component, or manufacturer and are specified, where applicable, on the product page or accompanying documentation. Handler Mobility does not guarantee a uniform warranty period across all products.

Warranty Eligibility

Warranty coverage applies only to:

  • The original purchaser of the product
  • Products purchased directly from Handler Mobility or an authorized seller
  • Products used exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes

Valid proof of purchase is required to submit a warranty claim. Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner.

Geographic Scope

Warranty coverage is valid only in the country where the product was originally purchased, unless the product was shipped internationally by Handler Mobility at the time of sale. Products transported, resold, or used outside the original country of purchase may not be eligible for warranty coverage.

  • Labor, diagnostics, removal, reinstallation, and incidental expenses are not covered

Handler Mobility reserves the right to request additional information, images, or documentation before approving any warranty claim.
