Feyree Type 2 to Type 1 EV Charging Adapter 16A / 32A

The Feyree Type 2 to Type 1 EV Charging Adapter allows electric vehicles with a Type 1 / SAE J1772 charging inlet to connect to compatible Type 2 / IEC 62196-2 AC charging cables and charging equipment.

Designed for single-phase AC charging, the adapter supports 16A and 32A configurations, with charging power of up to approximately 3.5kW or 7kW, depending on the selected current and charging system.

Its compact, cable-free design makes it easy to carry and store, while the integrated dual-lock mechanism helps provide a secure connection during charging.

Type 2 to Type 1 Compatibility

This adapter is designed to connect:

Type 2 charging cable or charging equipment → Feyree adapter → Type 1 vehicle inlet

It is suitable for compatible electric vehicles equipped with a Type 1 / SAE J1772 AC charging inlet.

Important: This is a Type 2 to Type 1 adapter. It is not a Type 1 to Type 2 adapter and cannot be used as a substitute for the reverse configuration.

Dual-Lock Design

The integrated dual-lock design helps secure the adapter between the charging connector and vehicle inlet during charging.

The adapter has no charging cable, keeping the overall design compact and convenient for storage in a vehicle.
