The system combines vehicle diagnostics and EV battery-pack diagnostics in a single platform. It can access supported high-voltage vehicle systems and, depending on vehicle compatibility, provide detailed battery information including SOC, SOH, battery temperature, module data, individual cell voltage and individual cell temperature.

The included SmartLink C V2 connector supports both local and remote diagnostic modes, together with modern communication standards including CAN 2.0, CAN FD and DoIP. J2534 and D-PDU support further expands its compatibility with professional diagnostic applications.
